Steam coming from the distillery "Fines d'Oc" who make all sorts from the grape mash. Perfumes, fertilizers, etc, etc, but particularly a "Weinbrand" or "Weijnbrand" very well known in Germany and maybe Holland called "Dujardin". The distillery gives us many a "bad" smell, in spite of filters built in.
In Lorrach, Germany, we lived in a "bowl of hot chocolate" on those days that "Milka" processed its chocolate, in Wandsworth, London, in the smell of barley roasting at the Brewery, and now Weinbrand (Brandy) being destilled!
