Weekend - time for thoughts....?

Okay - it's the weekend. After a couple of weeks extremely "charged" and very life-style changing, possibly an opportunity to think over things - before Monday rings?
Apart from the personal things in life, I've also been trying to apply a little bit of logic to this thing called "Linux", and I've figured out quite a bit, starting with the fact that the version they sold me, pre-installed - was so ancient that it wasn'r even supported anymore! Brand new, but almost useless! Only after hours of searching did I manage to get it updated to the latest "SLED" Linux system, which took hours and hours of downloading, installing and uploading and so on....
It may well be supported now, but the support forums aren't great, because all those forum people have already gone over to one of the other "Linux" sustems, notably "SUSE 11", and none of all that applies to my system!
Never mind, I'll just have to keep plugging away to get what I need out of my system!
It does look as though I will probably have to try a "partitioning" of the hard disc, with the original linux system and my version of "WIN XP" both installed and usable. Annoying, because I really wanted away from Windows completely, but limited finance would seem not to permit this.
Another problem seems to present itself this weekend - medecines!
A thing called "IXPRIM" which I'm taking currently - to a maximum level (8 tablets daily) and I've suddenly developed almost all of the "unwished for" symptoms!
I'm taking it to control the pain of these broken ribs, but it's not helping - quite the contrary!
If I'm still the same tomorrow - I'll have to bother the Doctor - or the Hospital - so.......don't be too bothered if there are no articles for a while!
Sleep, maybe...?
I'll go and try it, right now.......

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.............................................................!

Updating on this post:
Following my visit to the Doctor on Monday, I found out that I was suffering from "sevrage" (French for withdrawal symptoms) One should never stop abruptly, but graduated.
Solution was to restart with IXPRIM but a lower dosage!
3 hours later, I was almost back almost to normal, and today I'm back to full power!
Strangely enough, the incident seems to have woken up the medecine and/or my body, because after just 2 days, my pains from broken ribs are ALMOST gone!
Incidentally, a secondary advantage of continuing IXPRIM is that it also helps with the pain of arthritis and arthrose - I've experienced that myself also! This means 1 medicament less in my lethal cocktails.
BUT - ask your DOCTOR before...starting or stopping...!
IXPRIM is a prescription medicament in any case, so you need a Doctor's prescription.
If you speak French, there is an update to the story, in French, on:
