If you don't know your "aperos" or if you just want to check or brush up, here is a simple page from a British/French site.
Incidentally, you can make these aperos in UK or USA as well - it's just that you probably won't be on holiday in the sun when you drink them! More reason I suppose to buck up your spirits......!
