Google Good Cheer-for free...!

This Christmas present, from Google, is only available for readers in the USA - unfortunately, or for people like me who have "family" in the USA. I'd send one, but they don't even answer to my normal e-mails, so they'd probably have heart attacks if they received a normal US Post "snailmail" greetings card  and I don't want to be unjustly accused...again! Never mind - there may be others out there who would like to profit!
