WHY they were retired is more difficult to find out, and particularly in the cases where (like " Google Answers ") one can still use the data base , and find some extremely interesting answersto some extremely interesting questions! Shame no more questions are being accepted - maybe something else has taken over, probably the immense reference library represented by Image by lambo via Flickr but if so - I haven't found it - yet...!
