There's an old sea story about a ship's Captain who inspected his sailors, and afterward told the first mate that his men smelled bad.   The Captain suggested perhaps it would help if the sailors would change underwear occasionally. The first mate responded, "Aye, aye sir, I'll see to it immediately!"   The first mate went straight to the sailors who were swabbing the deck and announced, "The Captain thinks you guys smell bad and wants you to change your underwear."   He continued, "Pittman, you change with Jones, McCarthy,  you change with Witkowski, and Brown, you change with Schultz." The first nuclear disasters were probably the two nuclear bombs at the end of World War Two , dropped on Japan by American forces ...... The differences are enormous. In the case of the first in Japan, there was no doubt about cause, nor of responsability. The fact that the responsables were in a wartime stand-by mode supposedly relieves them of any charges of crime against humanity . It's a question of opinion. The second, at   Tschernobyl is totally different. Civilian responsability was, and still is being hidden. The figures of dead, injured and ongoing sufferers is not even known, and no Government is terribly interested in finding out! Today is Easter Monday , Bank holiday in Britain, and in a place called "Wray" in Lancashire , they used it to try out a "live streamed broadcast" on the Internet , with their new broad band system. I went on their broadcast, it was a transmission of a village cricket match and here's a couple of screenshots I took before the screen went blank....! I don't know why the picture went, but at least they had tried and it had indeed worked - for a while...... I suppose they all had fun doing it, and with the Banks shut....what else can ya do......? I bought this plant 10 years ago in the local market. It's called a "Citronelle" and is supposed to chase away flies and mosquitos.... Well - no flowers, just greenery for 10 years - no matter what I did with it, where I put it whether I watered it - or not! All of a sudden, this year, after 10 years - 10 seasons, in its 11 season, it suddenly starts to show some flowers! I hadn't watered, re-potted or anything - strange phenomenon.....
