http://googleblog.blogspot.com/ I published a little article the other day on the Weblogsite "Vauvertvillage", in French, which concerned the still present attitude of lots of people towards the Internet, Google, Web, PC's and anything similar. Paedophilie, frauds, swindles, sex, violence - all the Devil's work.....! No doubt these people will still carry on in the same vein over the rest of the year, they don't know any better, but it's interesting to see what advances have been made, and are continuing to be made in the subject. The people described above "overlook" the little unobtrusive logo on their TV screens, "Google Earth" and even a similar Microsoft product, during the news programmes, and they just profit from the free aerial photos of all sorts. It's funny sometimes when you read the results of some "language translation programmes!" This is one of them. It's actually a spam message that turned up in my inbox, so not interesting, but the translation is! It also shows the dangers of using such programmes, unless you can speak at least enough of the language to be able to check, and correct, the translation. I even know a French site, so proud of its "professionalism", because the thing cost a fortune,  where the webmasters got mixed up between German and Dutch!  They took the "D" to mean "Dutch" and so - instead of having a Dutch translation pop up when you click, you actually get a German version!  Since they thought that "it looked a bit Dutch anyway" so would be okay....!  They are real pro's.....but they haven't had one single order - not from Holland and not f...

I do not hide the fact that I thought - "He's  crazy"! 2 hours later, after the X Ray had confirmed ... but he wasn't completely right either.... not 1 broken rib, but two ....!
