European:Pensions,children and other such stuff.

Here we go again - New Year 2005 not even arrived yet, and the first cut in pension already arrived!
Not happy with tinkering with the pension system and payments, the (Labour/Socialist) govt of Germany (from whence Mr. le Marquis acquires his wherewithall to live) has now decided that people like myself should have the right to pay more for a State insurance, providing for the case of incapability in old age. This system is only applicable in Germany, and in other countries who apply a similar policy (to my knowledge Scotland, and possibly some remote Scandinavian states). Should I, or any one else in a similar position, fall incapable of tending for oneself, then I would be obliged to return to the Fatherland, and demand the application of my insurance. Even then, I don't know how they would react, and as someone incapable of tending for myself, how am I supposed to make the demands posed, and how am I supposed to arrange the home here in France?
Already they have supressed the normal annual increase (inflation linked) of pensions for at least 3 years as I understand it, but also have increased the % payments for Health Insurance. You see - the constitution forbids them from actually DECREASING the amount paid in a pension, so they play around with the things surrounding the pension.
Of course the politicians concerned are not too worried, after all, with their varied and multiple pensions, I'm all right, Jack.
Why don't they just bring back concentration camps, this time for the pensioners, or why not legalise euthanasia (which will certainly happen one day or another). I have heard that prisoners in Jail get at least 3 meals a day, are allowed all the medical care required, and are guaranteed a funeral at state's cost should they depart from this wearying world whilst serving a sentence.
Which gives me a good idea - bank robbery or fraud or whatever. After all - if I'm not caught, I risk to have a lot more money and my pension, if I'm caught I get the 3 meals a day, and a free burial.
Are they incable of understanding that even pensioners have to have a system to live by? That even pensioners have contracts, entered into on the basis of the amount accorded in a pension, and its PURCHASE POWER? Insurances, Assurances, Rents, food all have to be paid for, and they don't have a law forbidding them to increase the price, but how are these things payable if governments continue to find backdoors to effectively cut the amount and purchasing power available.
I am afraid to have to announce to you that the German govt. is the first to start the ball rolling, but your turn will come
GUARANTEED!
