Eat - drink - be merry.

Today being a Tuesday, I should be in the Chateau gardens, but with Easter coming up, I've given myself a few days off!

I went off to the kitchen, neglected rather, since the arrival of a PC in the Chateau, and suddenly was smitten with a phrase, long forgotten :

"BUBBLE & SQUEAK"

I found what I considered to be the necessary ingredients, and returned to my PC for a consultation!
At first I thought of calling Tinkerbelle on the phone for her ancient recipe, but finally I took the chance, and went googly!
Would you beleive it!! 10,465 replies to "Bubble & Squeak"!!!
Worse than the ladies guild Annual contest.
How can anyone do 10,465 DIFFERENT things with left-over cooked potatoes, cabbage, onions (and for me GARLIC)?
I avoided the pitfalls, and refused to get involved with Bubble & Squeak with caviar, or with rump steak, or with scrambled eggs etc, etc, etc.
I did it traditionally! Lots of everything, with pork fat in abundance, cabbage and potatoes over cooked, and I scoffed (almost) the lot.
After a little customary siesta I am now telling you all about it.
I would have told the cat, but she has disappeared, for it seems that it is now me who is:
