Browsers again!

Windows Explorer 8 is the new Browser from Windows, and it has a feature interesting for people who don't want anyone else to know what pages they surf on.
The problem is that to use the feature, WE8 needs to disable all add ons, including the Security ones!
This means users are open to lots of nasty things!
