There's a British ombudsman as well-for local matters..!

I know the Brits tend to think of the EU as a "band of thieves" - but you're in it - you're members - and what point is there in NOT voting early in June, just to let the BNP gain seats...?
After all, if every citizen in every country voted for their own Nationalist Party, or didn't vote at all, then we could all wrap up and go home!
Biggest losers would be the UK - isolated and insular, and no doubt the Scots would leave the Union and join up independantly to the EU.
Either VOTE or don't complain EVER......afterwards!

The European Ombudsman investigates complaints about maladministration in the institutions and bodies of the European Union.

If you are a citizen of a Member State of the Union or reside in a Member State, you can make a complaint to the European Ombudsman. Businesses, associations or other bodies with a registered office in the Union may also complain to the Ombudsman.
