Another Gentleman...!

Sad news always gets around quickly. Sad yes, but I'm getting used to hearing these things. Must be age.
Sir Henry Cooper, "Our 'Enry" - "splash it on all over" is dead.
He died at 76 years of age, which for someone who spent most of his younger life punching and being punched.. is probably a bit of a miracle!
But... this fellow, from London, was something different! He wasn't just a boxer, and professional one, he was a Gentleman...with a large "G"..Even the Queen of England realised that - as she dropped her sword, happily, on his shoulder, and raised him to a legend!
I had the great honour and pleasure to meet him, just once, in person, and I was so amazed and somewhat amused by his mild-mannered way, and soft spoken voice. This was the guy who had floored a World Champion....? He just said..."Hello, nice to meet you..." and I felt that he meant it! Happily we never met in a boxing ring, because I've never been a particular fan of boxing, being forced into it at school, but this Gentleman was something else...A Gentleman - even!
Thank you, Sir Henry.....
...see ya soon...!
