20 years......
It was at around 0320hrs 20 years ago this morning that my telephone rang to announce the fact that my wife Kathleen had passed away.
This is a scanned photo of herself and her family. Only her sister is still alive to my knowledge.
One of the older girls is a cousin - Kathleen is the baby.
On a different note, her father, a gentle man, had his life ruined, as I understand it, when he was the first British soldier to enter the Nazi concentration camp, Bergen-Belsen.
