Dictators and other maniacs !

In light of recent events in Pakistan and elsewhere, it seems that these Dictator style maniacs just never learn, or they have learnt, and have now just accepted that the eventual inevitable fall from the top can be cushioned, very favourably, by making the necessary financial arrangements whilst at the top?
It is otherwise difficult to explain why – since Hitler – there have been so many of them, all disappeared, all gone, and with them, enormous sums of money given, generally, as “Foreign Aid”!
Let’s be honest, if you know you will (not that you risk, but as a certainty, YOU WILL) be chased out of whatever situation you have created, or even killed, it is to be presumed that you have some form of contingency plan, for yourself-your family-your “friends” etc.. for afterwards!
In other words – prepare the soft landing!
The question is now – are the aspiring Dictators genuine, or are they simply genuine crooks?
After all – even the worst crook in the world accepts the fact that he could be caught, and makes plans accordingly.
If he doesn’t, then not only is he a crook, and a bad one at that, but he is also stupid!
If he doesn’t, then he is egoistic, and that is also stupid!
Ergo – Dictators are probably bad crooks, probably egoistic - and most certainly stupid!

But then ……… so are those who offer them billions in “Aid”!

One God's ideas sometimes work in with another one's.......! But the real philosophies are varied.... and there's always an easy way out or to avoid the issue!
