Looking forward to a touch of football to warm up the cockles of my heart (it was cold and sunny, just 6C, and with a Mistral wind that cut through everything),  I tuned in to a French TV station who advertised a match in Argentina, live and direct! All I saw at first, were hosepipes being turned on the spectators, and I supposed that those spectators were being naughty again! No, no, no! They were just hot! Here we were, in Southern France, freezing the proverbials, in November, and in Argentina they were cooking the same proverbials in November! Cold and miserable, but happy – somewhere – to know that the Climates seemed to be keeping some sort of regularity! Just hope it warms up soon – here, not there!           ...
