PayPal bug-Please Restore Your Account Access RXI033

Bugs, Phishing and other nasties....!

I talked about it, and prompt - they're back! Well - it is Christmas and the poor phishers need money!
DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK....! (I've tried to make it unusable, but you never know!)
It just so happened that I DID have contact with my Account at PayPal, but since there isn't a card of any type involved, there can't be a problem!
On Firefox, Chrome and IE7, you can report sites you suspect of "phishing' or other illegal actions, but this takes time, which seemingly few people have! Shame....!
I've taken the time here, and I've even put you a screenshot here, so you know what the suspect page is like, and reported the site to Google Chrome!
I've also sent a copy to the real "PayPal" - maybe they can use it!
